The online customer register is stored electronically and is properly protected from outsiders.
Only authorized persons have the right to use and maintain the information in the register. Each user has a personal username and password.
The information collected in the register is stored only for as long and to the extent necessary in relation to the original or compatible purposes for which the personal information was collected.
The need to retain personal data is assessed every three years, and the data related to a registered person is removed from the register six years after the customer relationship of the registered person with the keeper of the register has ended, and the obligations and measures related to the customer relationship have been completed. Accounting documents are kept for six years after the end of the accounting period.
Right of inspection
In accordance with § 26 of the Personal Data Act, the registered person has the right to check what information concerning her or him has been stored in the personal register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed to below address:
