Returns & exchanges
Purchases on piacarita.com can be returned via mail directly to our warehouse. The packing slip serves as the receipt for online purchases.

Order changes & cancellations
We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since our systems are designed to begin this process immediately, the online order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is placed. However, to ensure your satisfaction, you may easily return your PIACARITA item with the packing slip for a shipment return.

Our clothes were made to be worn and the fabric used was specifically developed to last a long time. We encourage our customers to select clothes that they intend on wearing repeatedly, to make sustainable purchases.

The fabric is made and dyed in Finland from recycled yarn (95% recycled polyester and 5% elastane).

We recommend that the clothing is washed in 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). The fabric holds is shape well in the wash, and it also does not wrinkle easily. The fabric might shrink up to 5% during the first wash. Please avoid using stain removers that contain bleach.

Responsibility is import to us. In addition to making our clients look great, the entire PIACARITA brand is built on responsibility and localized manufacturing. All the PIACARITA products have been designed and manufactured in Finland, including the fabric. The fabric is made and dyed in Finland from recycled yarn.
